Can you tell me where I can purchase one of these connectors??? I have to replace my pull down hose and the connection currently has a push in end and a screw in end. I need to replace it with the push in on both ends. I’m having a terrible time finding one.

What if the connector it: damaged. ? It happened to me. I could not. Find the piece. I had to. Replaced entire faucet 😢😢😢 this faucet it’s built to make you buy a new faucet

Mine didn't come with a second (black) flow restrictor BUT, the white one doesn't have a restrictor in the end of it at all. In fact, the opening in the white one is larger than the feed hose. So my question is, is this still a thing?

It seems there is a secrecy what type of cartridge Kraus faucets are using. Why not just to specify them in installation and maintenance instructions, why would we want need to call anywhere? That seems like a hurdle. As well, Kraus is committed only to 5 years providing cartridges? what will happen when it starts leaking, and we don't have a cartridge available anymore?

@kraus you make it seem so simple at 2:12, but that nut is so tight, how to open it.

Do not apply teflon when using compression fittings!!! The water lines already have rubber fittings. I’m shocked this guy works for Kraus. The Teflon can get hung on the rubber gasket causing leaks.

Let me just say this quick dock is an absolute nightmare, you took something as simple as a kitchen faucet and made it overly engineered in the worst way. I'm disappointed in the people who owned our house before due to them buying your garbage products, but since you designed it so poorly the sink will not come out cause the hex nut is broken so the sink is stuck. Thanks for nothing you worthless assholes

my faucet is leaking and they sent me the nozzle that twists off and on put it's still leaking the the washer fell out, the new one doesn't even hold the sprayer down. I have model ksf-1610sfs thank you

I bought a PU-11 and installed in KCR281 , leaks past underside nut. not at all pleased. Now gotta run to hardware store to find better seal

The sprayer had alot of pressure and produces alot of mist on impact. Is there a way to slow down the flow or even change out the sprayer head or something. Thanks

Informative video. Now I see why my 6 month old faucet started leaking out the top. Apparently, the assembly line doesn't tighten the nut with a wrench, just like Mike failed to do in this video! At least it was an easy fix.

Love your product. Had a problem with the spray end on our first faucet and they immediately sent one out. Now we just bought our second faucet. We will be buying a third and fourth. Love your product and love Costco where we buy them. Thanks.

The male connectors are a very poor design, so get the track if you have a choice. The connectors bend in the middle (for no apparent reason) and come short of the counter by about 1/4". They don't stay straight unless you hold them with your hand (which is impossible in a few places in my cabinet because there is no room), and they don't tighten just by turning the screw. You have to push them against the counter and it is still a PITA. Read the Amazon reviews to see how many people have this problem. Otherwise, the sink looks great and seems to be high quality. It's a shame the mounting male connector mounting hardware is unnecessarily difficult/useless.

I just finished installing one of these sinks, it turns out that mounting hardware doesn't work for 3/4" countertop. It's intended for nice countertops only lol. I got around it by cutting out a bunch of hardwood spacers. Hardwood because the steel will absolutely chew through anything less dense. Also, one of the clips broke because they put a plastic part in there for some reason. But it's jammed under there pretty good so it'll hold. Just be aware.

When I try to re-install the hose - sending it back through the gooseneck - it gets blocked about 12 inches into the faucet. I've tried and tried to push it through - and have tried a smaller wire. Something is blocking it. Help!

Nice sinks but Kraus says you can't retrofit into an existing kitchen... at least that is what customer service says.

this looks helpful. My Kraus model KWT302-30 came with a slight bend in the lip that I can't seem to flatten it to get it to lay flat...any tips appreciated as otherwise it seems like the perfect sink. Thank you.

Where to buy the connector

I got Kraus facet after watching this video since I liked the fact that I don't have to go under the sink to tighten up the screws and etc. I was wrong. Same old style where I have to dig under the sink and tighten up the screws and etc. Even the weight for the spray hose needed screws. Not sure if the US gets cheaper version or they cheaped out for the recent models. Very disappointed.

Teflon is not necessary. The fitting has a rubber washer.

If you have a 1691 faucet the cartridge cover does not screw off. It is held in place by an o-ring. You have to carefully pry the cover off.

What size wrench is the little one? Thank you! I bought the spot free stainless but that black would look great with my quartz counters. I’ve never installed anything but feel like I can acquire skills with instruction! I chose Kraus Urbix faucet because I had such a miserable time with the hot water side of my Pfister bell head on my current kitchen faucet purchased with my house when it was built. Bought a new bell head for it but couldn’t get the old bell off and just made it leak out of the top adding to the issue. Hope I can uninstall the Pfister faucet myself without issue. Great video.
